When I read this book I had to stop and smile. The narrative is so different from anything else I've read. It's simple but not for the obvious reasons. The author chips through the story allowing the reader to fill in the background from their own experiences. I read the story and it looks one way. My son reads the story and it looks another. There is just enough adjectives to outline the picture but mentally the reader paints the color and uses their imagination to give it texture. It's like a written coloring book. It's a great story too. All ages. Looking forward to C Fillebrown's next one.Product details
